How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for order processing. This does not include shipping time.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Bijan Tropicals is happy to offer flat rates to our customers! Based upon customer location, we utilize USPS Priority, UPS Ground and UPS 3 day select shipping. Your flat rates will appear and change depending on the size of your order. *We are working around the clock to ensure your orders go out on time, but please note all carriers are experiencing heavy delays during this time due to Covid-19.

Do You Ship Internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii?

No, we only ship to all 48 states in the Continental United States.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

As long as your order had not shipped, we can certainly modify your order, simply contact us.

Do You Allow Returns?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.

What If My Plant Becomes Damaged During Shipping?

We want you to be happy with your plant purchasing experience! If your plant was damaged due to carrier reasons during transit, Bijan Tropicals will be happy to replace, or offer credit.
